If you use DotGO services on behalf of a company, association, institution, government entity, or other organisation, you represent that you have appropriate authority to act on its behalf.

The availability, specification, capacity, price, operating hours, inclusions, and conditions of each service may vary.

A service is not considered reserved or confirmed until DotGO issues an appropriate confirmation or executes the relevant agreement.

6. Quotations and Proposals

Unless otherwise stated, quotations and commercial proposals issued by DotGO:

  • are subject to availability;
  • apply only to the services described;
  • remain valid for the period stated in the quotation;
  • may exclude optional services or third-party charges;
  • may be subject to VAT as applicable; and
  • do not create a binding reservation until accepted and confirmed.

DotGO may withdraw or revise an unaccepted quotation where availability, supplier pricing, government fees, taxes, or other material conditions change.

7. Prices and VAT

Prices will be communicated through the website, quotation, proposal, booking process, invoice, or relevant agreement.

VAT will be charged in accordance with applicable Saudi tax requirements where applicable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, additional services, government charges, special equipment, parking, catering, third-party services, overtime, custom configuration, or other optional services may be charged separately.

8. Payments

Payment terms are determined by the applicable quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, membership agreement, lease, service agreement, or other commercial document.

You are responsible for paying amounts due by the specified due date.

DotGO may use third-party payment processors or payment gateways. Such providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

DotGO does not guarantee that every payment method will remain available at all times.

Where permitted by law and the applicable agreement, access to services may be suspended if amounts remain overdue.

9. Bookings and Reservations

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

You must provide accurate information when making a reservation.

A booking confirmation may specify:

  • date and time;
  • location;
  • capacity;

  • included services;
  • fees;
  • cancellation conditions;
  • rescheduling conditions;
  • deposit requirements; and
  • any specific venue rules.

You may not exceed the stated capacity of a room or space without prior written approval.

DotGO may reasonably reassign a booking to a comparable space where operationally necessary, provided that doing so does not materially reduce the agreed service.

10. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund conditions may vary depending on the service.

The conditions communicated in the relevant:

  • quotation;
  • booking confirmation;
  • membership agreement;
  • event agreement;
  • promotion;
  • service agreement; or
  • other written commercial arrangement

will apply to that booking or service.

Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Saudi law remain unaffected.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made using an appropriate payment method and may require reasonable processing time.

11. Memberships

Memberships may be personal, company-based, team-based, or linked to a particular service plan.

Membership benefits may not be transferred, resold, shared, or commercially exploited unless DotGO has expressly authorised this.

Members are responsible for:

  • complying with the Safe Use Policy;
  • respecting other members and guests;
  • keeping access credentials secure;

13. Guests and Visitors

Members and customers are responsible for guests they invite to DotGO premises.

Guests must comply with applicable DotGO policies and reasonable staff instructions.

DotGO operates professional shared environments.

Users must behave in a manner that reasonably respects:

  • other members;
  • privacy;
  • confidential conversations;

More detailed requirements are contained in the Safe Use Policy.

15. Internet and Digital Services

Internet, Wi-Fi, digital access, screens, meeting-room technology, or other connectivity may be provided as part of certain services.

Such services are provided for legitimate business and professional use.

Users must not use DotGO networks or digital infrastructure for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, cyberattacks, malware distribution, interception, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or other prohibited activities.

Use of digital infrastructure is also governed by the Safe Use Policy.

DotGO does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or compatibility with every device, platform, VPN, application, or external service.

16. Business Support and Government Services

Unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement, DotGO does not guarantee that an application, licence, permit, registration, visa, government approval, or other third-party decision will be approved.

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of documents and information they provide.

17. Third-Party Services

Certain DotGO services may depend on third-party providers, including:

  • payment providers;
  • telecom providers;
  • internet providers;
  • government platforms;
  • building management;
  • parking operators;
  • catering providers;
  • technology providers;
  • cloud providers;
  • event suppliers; and
  • professional service providers.

Where a third-party service is provided directly by that third party, its own terms may apply.

DotGO is not responsible for an independent third party's acts or omissions except where liability arises under applicable law or a specific written agreement.

18. Personal Property

Users are responsible for their personal belongings and business equipment.

You should not leave valuable, confidential, or sensitive property unattended in shared areas.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DotGO is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by DotGO's legally attributable act or omission.

Lost property may be handled according to DotGO's operational procedures and may be disposed of after a reasonable period where the owner cannot be identified.

19. Damage to Property

Users must take reasonable care of DotGO premises, furniture, fixtures, technology, and equipment.

Where a user or their guest causes loss or damage through misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, or deliberate action, DotGO may seek recovery of reasonable repair or replacement costs to the extent permitted by law.

Normal wear and tear is excluded.

20. Events

Event organisers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • attendee numbers remain within approved capacity;
  • activities comply with Saudi law;
  • health and safety requirements are observed;
  • emergency exits remain unobstructed;
  • suppliers and contractors follow venue requirements; and
  • the event does not materially interfere with other users.

Additional event-specific terms may apply.

21. Intellectual Property

The DotGO name, brand, logos, website design, graphics, text, photographs, video, documents, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to DotGO unless otherwise stated.

You may access website materials for legitimate personal or business evaluation purposes.

You may not, without appropriate permission:

  • reproduce them commercially;
  • republish them;
  • sell them;
  • modify protected materials;
  • misuse the DotGO brand;

24. Safe Use

Use of DotGO premises, networks, facilities, equipment, and digital infrastructure is subject to the DotGO Safe Use Policy.

The Safe Use Policy forms part of these Terms.

25. Suspension or Termination

Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance, cybersecurity controls, backups, and business continuity arrangements appropriate to their business.

28. Force Majeure

DotGO will not be considered in breach of its obligations where performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, utility failures, infrastructure outages, government measures, epidemics, serious security incidents, civil emergencies, or similar events.
